With its approximately 9,000 km of coastline, it is difficult to say which is the most beautiful stretch of the Brazilian shore. Vast, deserted beaches are interspersed with hundreds of small streams and rivers lined with exuberant mangrove forests. Along their edges, one can find immense coconut plantations, dune parks, cliffs, and surviving areas of Atlantic rainforest.

In the various archipelagos that dot the coast – such as Abrolhos, Fernando de Noronha, Baia Ilha Grande, Camamu Bay, the Tinharé Archipelago, and Baia de Todos os Santos – lie islands and islets featuring heavenly beaches and lush vegetation.

Hundreds of kilometres of coral reefs, with their incredibly rich marine flora and fauna, complete one of the most beautiful and biodiverse coastlines on the planet.
